Quick Practical, Tactical Tips for Presentations

We often hear about various strategies that an entrepreneur should follow. But when the rubber hits the road, what matters most are tactics and not strategies – tactics to win meetings, tactics to negotiate good deals, tactics to get and retain a great team!

Here are some great tips for a good presentation. I agree with most – except that at times I have found the audience more receptive when provided with some advance material that educates them about the subject. If they know ‘what to expect’, they are more interactive and you end up covering more ground in the same time.
